Building up our mindset is so important, this will help us stay active and in good spirits. This will also remove any mind block we may have that keeps us from staying on track. We will attack this by supporting each other and checking in on each other.
Workouts- Will of course help us get to our individual results but it will also help us blow off any frustration. Take your time and build yourself up. Were not driving into it so crazy that we then lose steam shortly after. The goal is to keep the engine running smoothly.
